• At Services Afri 9in Limited, we are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Officers (CSOs) to lead our security operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on assigned shifts;
• Ensure proper implementation of all security policies, procedures, and protocols;
• Conduct regular security inspections and audits to assess vulnerabilities and recommend improvements;
• Train, coach, and evaluate performance of security staff;
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and investigations;
• Ensure continuous and all-round safety and security of our employees, assets and customers;
• Monitor and control access to our facilities and business premises or any assigned location;
• Conduct regular patrols of the facilities/premises and surrounding areas to ensure a safe environment; and
• Respond to and investigate security breaches, alarms, and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND,HND, SSCE qualification or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in security or related fields is preferred.
• Basic understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
