Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop Security Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive security plans to protect organizational assets and mitigate risks.
• Policy Formulation: Establish security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor Security Operations: Supervise security teams, including personnel responsible for physical security, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention.
• Incident Response: Lead investigations and responses to security breaches, data theft, or other incidents.
• Technology Implementation: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security technologies, such as surveillance systems, firewalls, and access controls.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with executives, IT teams, and legal departments to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Training Programs: Develop and oversee security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of safety and vigilance.
• External Relations: Build relationships with law enforcement, emergency responders, and industry partners to enhance security capabilities.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to relevant laws, standards, and certifications related to security and privacy.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience in security management, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of physical and digital security systems.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to security.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CPP) are highly valued.
