Job Summary

• Tranquil and Quest Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Radiographer to lead our radiology department.
• The ideal candidate will oversee imaging operations, ensure high-quality diagnostic services, and manage a team of radiographers while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the activities of the radiology department.
• Operate and oversee the use of imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, and Ultrasound.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and train radiography staff.
• Review and maintain accurate imaging records and reports.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in diagnostic imaging, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Current license/registration with the relevant professional body.
• Demonstrated expertise in X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, and Ultrasound.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
