Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chief radiographer to join our dynamic team. The Chief Radiographer will oversee the radiography unit, ensuring the delivery of exceptional imaging services, maintaining high standards of patient care, and leading a team of dedicated radiographers and interns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team of radiographers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Oversee daily operations of the radiography department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality imaging services.
• Implement and maintain protocols and standards for imaging procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery.
• Participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and strategies.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Stay updated with advancements in radiography technology and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in radiography or related field.
• Current certification and licensure as a radiographer.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in radiography, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic equipment, techniques, and safety standards/guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment.
