    Chief Operating Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategic Leadership & Execution:
    • Sales & Marketing Oversight:

    • Risk Management & Compliance:

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in an executive role in a technology-driven or business solutions organization.
    • Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams, particularly in Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience.
    • Demonstrated success in business growth, operational excellence, and process improvement.
    • Strong background in digital transformation, emerging technology solutions, and customer engagement strategies.

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    KNOWLEDGE:

    • Deep understanding of business technology solutions and digital transformation.
    • Strong grasp of financial management, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
    • Expertise in customer experience management and operational excellence 
    • frameworks.
