Job Description

• Ensure day-to-day leadership and management reflect the mission and core values of the Company.
• Collaborate with the CEO/Managing Director and leadership team to translate strategy into actionable goals and plans.
• Oversee daily operations of the Business Units
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives, including market expansion, service innovation, and process improvements
• Lead and provide general oversight of Governance and related engagements ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings or enhance value to clients.
• Ensure quality assurance on all client engagements.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency on all client engagements
• Provide content for articles, case studies, editorials, newsletters, journals and other publications as required
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
• Establish policies that promote the Company culture and vision
• Ensure that the activities of all units are in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• All other tasks as shall be assigned by the Board and CEO/MD.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years\' experience.
• ICSAN Certification will be an added advantage
• A law degree, LLB, and LLM will be an added advantage.
• Ability to deliver high-performing results in line with defined performance management metrics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of operational excellence and achieving strategic objectives in a senior management position.
