Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bluesquad Limited

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSCS and Registrars Operations
• Coordinate the groups banking operations
• Coordinate the group brokerage operations (both equities and fixed income)
• Writing investment reports
• Keeping records on financial highlights of quoted companies
• Financial data sourcing on the stock market
• Preparing company valuation/daily market reports for clients

Requirements

• First Degree from a reputable university
• Professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, ACS, or CIBN (An advantage).
• Possession of a higher Degree like an MBA or Master’s Degree is also, an added advantage.
• Minimum of Four (4) years of working experience in a similar role, or in the Operations department of a financial service firm.
• Experienced and efficient in clients' onboarding process/proper KYC documentation, daily uploading of executed trades, and in the reconciliation of Custodian Trades
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to ensure robust relationship management and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage business relationships with external parties (Custodian, Registrars, Trustees, Counterparties, NGX, CSCS, Banks)
• Computer literate, and proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proactive, and must possess a high level of integrity.
