Chemistry Teacher at Jewel Sarah Memorial School

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, practical Chemistry lessons to secondary students.
• Prepare students effectively for both internal and external examinations.
• Foster a school environment where ICT integration is central to the learning process.
• Assess student progress, create comprehensive reports, and maintain strong communication with parents.
• Maintain high moral standards and discipline within the classroom.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of a B.Ed., B.Sc., or HND in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of verified teaching experience in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrable competence in designing experimental procedures and conducting laboratory demonstrations.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, with a willingness to develop new digital learning strategies.
• Proven track record of high student achievement and engagement
• Experience in teaching an additional Science subject or Mathematics will be an advantage
