• Must have excellent Oral and Written English communication skills.
• Ability to create Healthy, Nutritional Menus for Children ages 1-10yrs is a must.
• To produce creative menu.
• To produce dishes to enhance the overall dining experiences for children.
• To produce dishes of international standard for Parents/Guest during school events.
• To produce selected menu dishes during Children's Birthdays.
• To prepare local and continental dishes for staff daily meals.

Qualifications / Experience

• HND, OND or its equivalent qualification in Catering.
• 5 - 10 years catering experience.
• Professional Catering Certification is required.
• Must demonstrate culinary expertise and be creative to produce dishes to enhance the overall dining experiences for children.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Must be a female
• Applicants must possess Excellent Oral and Written English communication skills.
• Ability to spontaneously engage articulated communication between children, parents and colleagues is a must.
• Must possess the ability to prepare / keep accurate and updated on-going detailed records / reports of each child's overall progress.
• Computer Proficiency is compulsory.
