Responsibilities 

• Cook food &Monitor prep work
• Ensuring that food is of excellent quality and served in an impeccable and timely manner.
• Plan the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenishstock.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
• Creating menu
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary
