Remuneration: #40,000 Net/Month (Negotiable Based On Experience) + Service Charge

Job Description: Our client, who runs a popular Restaurant, Bar and Lounge in Victoria Island Lagos needs the services of a hardworking and experienced chef who has experience in Local and some Continental cuisine and is also coacheable. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing various delicacies for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner

• Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus

• Inspect food products and supplies as needed

• Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized

• Check food before it is served to customers

• Control and minimize waste

• Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of O’level qualifications

• Experienced in preparing various types of local and few intercontinental delicacies

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a cook or chef. 

• Ability to multitask

• Good communication skills.
