Duties

• Plan and design menus that are creative, cost-effective and in line with customer preferences.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner.
• Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
• Monitor stock levels, order ingredients and control food costs to minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment.
• Work closely with management to improve operations and achieve business goal.
