- Location Enugu
- Job Field Catering / Confectionery
Key Job Functions
- Station Management:Lead a specific kitchen station
- Culinary Execution:Prepare, cook, and plate food according to menu specifications, recipes, and quality standards.
- Mise-en-place & Inventory: Prepare ingredients in advance and monitor station inventory, ensuring adequate stock and minimal waste.
- Supervision & Training:Supervise, train, and mentor Demi Chef De Partie and Kitchen Assistant.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience.
