Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pizza to join our kitchen team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, ensuring consistency, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pizza station and kitchen area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Minimize food wastage and support cost-control initiatives.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie (Pizza).
• Culinary certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
