    Channel Sales Manager - HBT

    Job Description

    • Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities. You will serve as a liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors.
    • You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.
    • You will develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers and customers
    • Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by supervising an efficient and effective Channel Sales functions
    • Empower Company's ability to timely respond to customer demands by coordinating efforts of different teams
    • Build up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs in today's dynamic global economy
    • Ensure Channel Partner Program Deployment and execution

    Key Responsibilities

    • Increase market penetration with Channels by enabling building and developing defined partners
    • Responsible for managing and achieving & exceeding sales target for defined Channels across West India
    • Driving HBT /products and increase revenue stream through cross-selling and prospecting activities
    • Build and execute with the channel on Joint Account Plan per channel partner
    • Set up strong collaboration between channel, direct touch and technical teams
    • Manage pipeline generation and accurate forecasting for new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh
    • Push VOCS and POCs through a leveraged Channel model.
    • Develop local market intelligence and competitive take-out

    Specific Activities:

    • Facilitate Team Alignment
    • Deliver Status Reports
    • Channel MOS aligned with Partner Program

    You Must Have

    • 7+ years of experience in the corporate channel partners in the Building and Automation Industry
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical of performance and customer service skills
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline
    • Proven leadership in sales and channel
    • Managerial/Leader experience
    • Large network within Nigeria domestic market and Ghana
    • High business acumen and process driven
    • Broad understanding of Security market – competitors, solutions
    • Result oriented and action driven
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English
    • Team player
