    Channel / Online Distribution Executive

    Job Summary:

    • The E-Distribution Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel's online presence across all electronic distribution channels.
    • This role ensures the hotel’s rates, availability, and content are accurately reflected and strategically positioned across the Hotel’s booking engine and website, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), GDS (Global Distribution Systems), and other third-party platforms to maximize revenue and visibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage, update, and maintain hotel content (descriptions, photos, amenities) across all online distribution channels.
    • Ensure rate parity and monitor online pricing across all channels to maintain competitiveness and compliance with the Hotel’s standards.
    • Load, audit, and maintain rates, availability, and packages/promotions across direct and third-party systems.
    • Analyze performance data from OTAs, GDS, and Booking Engine and generate regular reports highlighting opportunities and risks.
    • Support revenue management strategies by adjusting online distribution according to market demand and business needs.
    • Coordinate with marketing and revenue manager to implement e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to rates, availability, or content on online platforms.
    • Liaise with OTA market managers and partners to negotiate promotions, rate plans, and visibility campaigns.
    • Monitor competitor online presence, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
    • Ensure compliance with brand distribution policies and strategies.
    • Assist in the onboarding and setup of new online distribution partners.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in hotel E-Distribution, reservations, sales, revenue management, or Ecommerce.
    • Strong knowledge of hotel CRS, Channel Managers, PMS, and OTA extranets.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM) is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Technical proficiency with distribution and booking systems.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Team-oriented but capable of working independently.
