•  Manage the expansion and enhancement of the Learning Center’s programs and services
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of a tutoring facility, 
• ensuring efficient delivery of educational services to students by managing a team of tutors, and coordinating  their schedules, 
• recruiting new clients,
• maintaining a positive learning environment, and monitoring student progress
