Cashier at Aztec Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customers’ payments accurately.
• Handle cash, POS and other payment transactions.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash collections.
• Ensure all cash and payment records are accurate and properly accounted for.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Work closely with the restaurant/bar and management teams.
• Perform other cashier-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• 1–2 years’ experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant, lounge, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of cash handling and POS operations.
• Excellent numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Must be neat, presentable and professional.
• Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
