Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Cash Van Sales Representative to drive sales and distribution activities across assigned territories in Lagos.
• The role involves route sales, customer acquisition, cash collection, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the assigned cash van and follow designated sales routes.
• Sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers.
• Identify new customers and expand market coverage.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collect and properly account for sales proceeds.
• Reconcile daily sales, stock, cash collections, and returns.
• Maintain good customer relationships and monitor market activities.
• Ensure proper vehicle usage, basic checks, and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Cash Van, Van, Route, or FMCG Sales.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, markets, and territories.
• Strong communication, selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, energetic, and target-driven.
• Basic smartphone and sales application skills.
