Cardiologist (Independent Care Provider) at Platos Health

Role Overview

• We are looking for a cardiologist to join our team as an independent care provider and receive referrals for clients in need of care.
• You will remotely work with clients to provide a full range of cardiovascular services and treatments.
• You will make diagnoses, provide treatment plans, and work with other independent care providers to treat clients’ cardiovascular disorders.

Requirements
Core Requirements:

• You are a registered medical practitioner in Cardiology (at least a Senior Registrar)
• Patient empathy is your care philosophy with a human-first approach to care delivery and patient support
• You are scrupulous, with a keen eye for detail, evident in your case notes, communication, and other collaboration activities
• Flexibility and adaptability are vital traits evident in your work culture and professional practice

Additional Requirements:

• A data-savvy professional who can make sense of multi-functional inter-related information and use data to influence work.
• You collaborate excellently in a multi-expertise care delivery team, leveraging technical tools and resources for efficiency.
• English and working proficiency in any other additional Nigerian Language.
• Be a problem solver and critical thinker.
• You are innovative and ready to push boundaries of patient management without compromising quality.

Benefits
Compensation is based on the number of clients and the number of consultations successfully completed within the month.
