About the Role

• Teach CapCut from beginner to advanced levels.
• Record polished, easy-to-follow lessons with strong audio and visual clarity.
• Break down editing concepts—cuts, transitions, effects, color, audio, templates—into simple steps.
• Demonstrate real use-cases: reels, TikTok videos, promo clips, YouTube shorts, montages, vlogs.
• Use screen-recording tools to deliver clean, step-by-step walkthroughs of the editing workflow.
• Follow the course outline provided by the curriculum team.
• Maintain consistent pacing, tone, and instructional quality across all recordings.
• Re-record or refine segments to improve clarity, accuracy, or flow.
• Include practical exercises—editing tasks, transitions challenges, storytelling projects.
• Ensure each lesson meets instructional best practices and is easy for all skill levels.
• Anticipate common mistakes beginners make and address them in the recordings.
• Communicate clearly without overcomplicating video editing concepts.
• Offer optional live clarification sessions if required.
• Suggest improvements to the course based on best practices and learner needs.
• Meet all recording deadlines and content delivery expectations.

Requirements

• Preferably based in Lagos State.
• Must have the right recording setup:
  • Noise-free environment
  • Functional laptop
  • Stable internet
  • Comfortable workstation
• Strong expertise in CapCut—editing, templates, effects, animations, audio syncing, and transitions.
• Previous experience teaching or recording training sessions (minimum one sample required).
• Confident on camera with clear communication and good presentation skills.
• Ability to teach learners from different cultures, backgrounds, and skill levels.
• Proficient with tools like Loom, Zoom, OBS, Camtasia, or similar recording platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality lessons independently.
