Developing and implementing Aircraft Maintenance Programs, including scheduled maintenance, defect control, reliability programs, and airworthiness directives
Monitoring the airworthiness of aircraft fleet, including reviewing technical records, maintenance documentation, and airworthiness directives compliance
Leading and managing the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) department, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and procedures
Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including maintenance, engineering, flight operations, and procurement departments, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Managing the maintenance planning process, including forecasting maintenance requirements, coordinating maintenance activities, and optimizing aircraft downtime
Providing technical guidance and support to the CAMO team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Preparing monthly utilization reports
Preparing reports and performing other duties as may be required by the Director, Maintenance & Engineering
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years experience as a CAMO Engineer or Technical Planner in Aviation
Familiarity with aircraft maintenance software and record-keeping systems
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
