DETAILS OF INVITATION

COCOSOHDI invites all prospective suppliers and service providers (Including current COCOSOHDI suppliers) to apply for registration in COCOSOHDI’s Damaturu office. This is to enable them get registered and uploaded in COCOSOHDI`s procurement/suppliers Database. This is in line with COCOSOHDI procurement principles of Transparency, Equal Opportunity and competitive supply. The purpose of the Database is to give all prospective supplier an equal opportunity to submit quotations to COCOSOHDI and to enhance transparency and equity in the procurement processes.

Objectives of this Invitation:

• To pre-qualify and select new suppliers for the forthcoming purchase requirements
• To early identify and verify vendors office, shop or warehouse
• To enter into framework agreement /contract for strategic goods and services and select new suppliers for purchase requirements.

COCOSOHDI will require contracts/services from the following fields/categories; -

1.  CATEGORY A:  CONSTRUCTION

• Construction or Rehabilitation of Temporary Learning Center TLCs
• Construction or rehabilitation of Classroom furniture
• Construction of VIP Latrine, Water Point, and Handwashing Station. 

1. CATEGORY B: STATIONARIES/BOOKSHOP SERVICES

• A4 Papers
• ARCH Files
• General Offices Stationaries
• Printing
•  Supply of School Play Base/ Child Recreational Material.  
• Scholastic/Instructional Materials
• Etc.

1. CATEGORY C: CATERING AND RESTAURANT/LOGISTICS SERVICES

• Provision of Tea Break and Lunch at training venues
• Hotel Accommodations
• Care Hire
