    Call Centre Agent

    Job description: Customer Service Agents

    • Receive all incoming calls for Lifebank.

    • Answer all customer queries.

    • Take orders and process orders.

    Requirement:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Must speak English and Hausa fluently. 
    • Must be computer literate
