Call Center Agent at Pivotage Consulting

Job Summary:

• We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls. 
• Provide exceptional service which includes identifying and resolving customer’s complaints. 
• Maintain accurate records of customers interactions including call logs and customer’s information. 
• Meet and exceed performance targets 
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informative responses to customer’s enquiry. 
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall team performance. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in related field is required. 
• 1-3 years of experience needed. Experience in Customer Service or Contact Center role especially in the financial industry will be an added advantage. 
• Must have basic computer skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong attention to details. 
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team. 
• Fluent in English language and any other Nigerian languages.
