Job Description

• Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with computer usage, internet browsing, email access, online registrations, and document processing.
• Perform printing, photocopying, scanning, laminating, binding, and document finishing services.
• Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office applications.
• Design simple documents, flyers, or business materials using CorelDRAW or similar software.
• Operate and maintain printers, photocopiers, scanners, laminating, and binding machines.
• Monitor computer systems and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot minor computer, printer, and network issues or escalate when necessary.
• Monitor customers\' usage and maintain accurate transaction and sales records.
• Handle cash payments and issue receipts where applicable.
• Maintain adequate stock of office supplies and report items that require replacement.
• Ensure the business centre is clean, organized, and conducive for customers.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification, SSCE graduate will be considered if proficient in the use of a desktop, photocopie, printer or laminating machine.
• At least 1 year work experience.
• Proximity to the job location (Abijo) will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience is required.
• Intercultural communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Professionalism and reliability.
• Quick typing skills and must be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite, Corel Draw.
• Working knowledge of printer or photcopying machine.
