Salary: ₦300,000 (Net)

Summary:

Responsible for driving sales growth, managing collections, leading the sales team, and building strong client relationships. Requires a strategic leader with strong market insight and proven commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for peak performance.
• Oversee collections, improve DSO, and enhance cash flow.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years in sales leadership/business development (B2B or refrigeration & electronics preferred).
• Strong track record in sales growth and collections.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
