We are currently seeking a Business Support Services Specialist (Business Analyst) to support a client’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) Function. These personnel will be responsible for ensuring business planning and budgeting deliverables.
Job Details
Creating BI reports/dashboards for stakeholders to view information from financial data to control and manage Authorisation for Expenditure AFE spend.
Evaluating financial performance against benchmarks and identifying areas for improvement to support the Business Plan.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Prepare the annual internal SLA budget for the SCM organisation
Prepare budgets for entities.
Collate, compile and review Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects for the SCM Division’s annual Business Plan.
Participate in Bi-Annual performance reviews with partners to achieve 100% cost recovery.
Requirements
Graduated with a minimum GPA of Second-Class Lower (2.2)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent business experience
Good background in Accounting and Finance
Demonstrate excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills for managing complexities and risks.
Have experience in Scrum (an advantage).
Have ACA or FCA certifications.
Is proficient with any ERP tool or accounting solution
