Website Management:

• Manage and maintain, ensuring they are fully operational, secure, and current.

Digital Presence & Content Management:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance visibility, user engagement, and traffic.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content. Customer Interaction & Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
• Provide prompt, professional, and solution-oriented responses to customer queries and issues.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Operational Support:

• Support daily operational functions, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing or social media management are preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or customer support roles.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years
