On behalf of our client, Tybitx Services International Limited is recruiting an organized, analytical, and leadership-driven Business Supervisor.
This is a strictly remote position for a professional who excels at overseeing day-to-day operations, tracking team performance metrics, and optimizing business workflows from afar.
The ideal candidate must be a proactive problem-solver who can bridge communication gaps between remote team members, monitor project timelines, and ensure that departmental goals align seamlessly with the client's broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Supervise daily remote business activities across departments to ensure maximum productivity, compliance, and alignment with corporate strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for remote teams, providing feedback and implementable solutions for improvement.
Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current operational processes and develop streamlined digital workflows to improve company-wide efficiency.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central communication hub, facilitating virtual team meetings, alignment syncs, and clear delegation of daily tasks.
Resource & Budget Management: Assist in supervising departmental project budgets, tracking operational expenses, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Reporting: Compile comprehensive weekly and monthly operational progress reports for presentation to executive management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a strictly related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory, team lead, or operations management role (experience managing a remote team is highly advantageous).
Leadership & Management: Strong capability to motivate, direct, and hold remote staff accountable without physical supervision.
Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency with digital project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Workspace / Excel).
Infrastructure: A dedicated home office workspace with a high-performance computer, premium high-speed internet, and a reliable power backup solution.
