Responsible for developing strategic plans that will help improve an organization to reach its goals and targets and improve profitability.
Analyze existing business strategies and practices and provide recommendations for improvements.
Identify and determine creative solutions to improve the business.
Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
Designing and executing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals; Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Manage the project teams to achieve business goals.
Work with the internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies
Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
Evaluate customer requirements and develop business plans to meet these requirements
Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Build strong relationships with prospective clients for new opportunities.
Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
Recruiting and training new team members/employees when and where necessary.
Create business development strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value.
Review and improvise the relevant business development activities.
Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company.
Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Business Development.
Must reside in Lagos
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills .
Must be able to work under pressure, deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.
