Business Marketing Agents at Rimdinado International Ltd

Responsibilities

• Achieve marketing targets.
• Provide feedback to support the review of business plans to achieve growth targets.
• Work closely with the internal teams to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Liaise with the Office Manager to maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Preferably, a Degree in Marketing, Medical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical related marketing or related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Competencies:

• Sufficient understanding of the medical laboratory ecosystem, its offerings and/or operations (additional onsite training to be provided)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets (conversion of self-generated opportunities and/or already identified opportunities) and utilizing company approved business identification and generation strategies.
• Proficient use of MS Word and Excel (use of PowerPoint is an added advantage)

Work Tools:

• Official vehicle (limited availability for key prospects)
• Weekly allowance for voice & data.

Remuneration Package

• Base Salary – Negotiable
• Commissions / Benefits: Sign-on Bonus (large corporate clients only) – negotiable
• Percentage of revenue generated from signed-on and retained clients.
• Entitled to full-time / permanent staff discount on medical tests conducted in the lab for the BMA and immediate family.
