The ideal candidate is expected to provide expert financial and commercial advice to the Organization’s commercial arm, instigating and facilitating the delivery of initiatives that will drive financial performance. • Over 6 years of experience as a Business Manager
• A graduate degree in Business Management, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or MBA is an added advantage.
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to operationalize innovative programs resulting in measurable successes and program growth
• Managerial & Leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and present financial data
