Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager with a proven track record in fundraising and grant writing.
• The ideal candidate will lead strategic fundraising initiatives, build partnerships, and manage successful grant applications to support our organizational growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Identify funding opportunities and prepare compelling grant proposals, applications, and reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, foundations, and funding agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align funding needs with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals submitted, pending, and secured.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning related to grants and donor funds.
• Represent the organization at networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in fundraising, grant writing, or business development.
• Proven success in securing grants from local and international donors.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
