RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
• Develop Business plans
• Develop Business growth strategy
• Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
• Drive efficient supply chain management
• Interface with banks
• Determine buying strategy for commodity and products
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
• Grow our fertilizer supply chain business
• Inspect new locations for warehouses and ensure suitability
• Communicate and Build strong relationships with clients

           Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers

SKILLS AND COMPENTENCY REQUIREMENT

• Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
• Strategic thinking and thought leadership
• Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
• Experience “managing up”, building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
• Executive presence; Strong written and oral communication, including large-group presentations
• Team oriented, collaborative and flexible

Ability to influence and work within matrix environment

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• A minimum of 5+ years business experience with related product or business development experience in payments, financial services, or fintech industries.
