Business Development/Operations Manager at WIndek Procurement Service Limited

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and business-savvy Projects and Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our fish business. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, supply chain expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing both importation and local procurement processes to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the fish business, including importation, local purchases, storage, distribution, and sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability and market share.
• Manage supplier relationships (both local and international) to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and supervise sales, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels and cold chain management systems.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 7–10 years) in a managerial role within the seafood or perishable goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of the fish importation process, regulatory requirements, and local sourcing.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound business judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in inventory management, logistics, and operational strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA or professional certification is an added advantage.

Salary: 1m net above(Open to Negotiation)
