    Business Development Officer

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a Business Development Officer for a reputable financial institution, with primary responsibilities in sales, marketing, and relationship management.
    • This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about driving revenue, acquiring clients, and building strong business relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively drive sales to meet and exceed set targets
    • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
    • Market the company’s financial products and services
    • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
    • Prepare periodic sales reports and insights
    • Represent the brand professionally during client interactions

    Requirements
    Applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Minimum of B.Sc Degree in any field
    • Must have completed NYSC
    • At least 1 year experience in sales and relationship management
    • Experience in financial services/financial product sales is an added advantage
    • Not more than 30 years old (except for existing SRs)
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
