Business Development Officer at Cutting-Edge Business & Leadership Academy (CEBLA)

This is a FULL-TIME appointment

Responsibilities: Should Possess Proven Abilities for: 

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Digital Marketing: Drive Sales and Marketing via relevant Information Technology avenues.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
•  Prepare monthly/annual business targets and the related budgets amongst others.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc/B.A.  in related field.
• 2  years of professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong networking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Digital marketing skills
