Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.
Gathering, analysing, defining and formalising business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
Managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
Managing the team’s performance of project tasks and providing technical advice and guidance.
Providing timely, high level support and advice to management on a range of business issues.
Acting as a key business partner in tracking performance and driving profitability.
Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
Performance analysis and implementing actions to support strategy.
Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.
Managing a team of 6-10 people.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Agribusiness / Agritech, Electricity / Water and Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
