    Business Development Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Be responsible for digital advertisement sales, meet and strive to exceed sales quotas.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, advertisement agencies, major partners in order to drive sales growth, and explore innovative channel business models to build long-term channel advantages.
    • Follow and identify key industry trends and make corresponding adjustments to advertising development strategies.
    • Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
    • Analyse campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
    • Enable your team to exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals
    • Partner across organizations to ensure the sales channel is set up for success.

    Job Qualification

    • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in an advertisement agency, Digital Service Provider, or related field.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus;
    • Ability to work independently and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-stress/fast-paced work environment.
