    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a passion for business development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development Activities: Execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and nurture leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and deliver effective marketing materials and presentations.
    • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
    • Sales Reporting: Regularly providingsales performance reports and updates atthe C-suite management meetings.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of 5 - 10 years in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
    • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
