    Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

    Job Summary

    • Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, business development, and building strong client relationships? We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving business growth.

    Key Requirements

    • 2–4 years of relevant business development or sales experience
    • Willingness to travel for site inspections and business development activities
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong sales, prospecting, and closing abilities
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM)
    • Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
    • Conduct site inspections with clients where required
    • Present products and services effectively to potential customers
    • Negotiate and close sales to achieve business targets
    • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
