Foster beneficial and long-term relationships with new and existing clients to retain and attract new business
Establish, develop, and manage a strong pipeline and network of clients for our products
Employ a variety of means to keep abreast of industry trends and company product knowledge
Deliver increasing deposit portfolio performance and provide regular reports
Develop business opportunities in target segments, review market needs and opportunities, and develop customer relationships
Understand Market landscape and trends, impact of trends on new and/or existing products and offerings, customer relationships development methods and targeting strategies
Basic Requirement
Minimum HND or Bsc in any related course of study
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the banking sector
Comprehensive understanding of the financial lending market
Good leadership skills, flexible and result oriented
Good at drafting of business proposals
Ability to work independently to meet set target
Ability to analyze data and statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions
