The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new sales leads, developing business relationships, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
RESPONSBILITIES
Supervision of customer relationship
Credit and Marketing functions of the Company.
Development and Management of the Company’s business growth and continuing profitability.
Project Management and Monitoring under SMEIS and Venture Capital.
The Head, Business Development must organize his relationship officers to reflect the business of his locality with the aim of properly focusing his customer service program.
Recovery of all credits availed by them and or their department.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Utilize knowledge of market trends and sales techniques to present innovative ideas and solutions to potential clients
Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that requirements are met.
Must have a demonstrated sound knowledge of digital banking credit operations.
SKILLS
Proven experience in outside sales or business development
Strong background in technology sales with a focus on digital banking sales
Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Excellent customer service and account management skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets innovative ideas and solutions to potential clients
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
High level of Integrity, Tenacity and Commitment
Problem solving, negotiation and lateral thinking skills
Good Relationship and time management
Ability to work independently
QUALIFICATION
Must possess a first degree or equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning in any related field.
Possession of CIBN certification will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Must have minimum of 8 years post NYSC work experience with 2 years in senior management level.
