    Business Development Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify new businesses and suitable financial partners such as banks; develop and formulate cooperation strategy while enhancing existing relationships;
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
    • Participate in business negotiations, take advantage of the company's strengths and strive for favorable business terms and cooperation for the company;
    • Responsible for liaising with financial partners, complete various implementation and follow-up processes in project management;
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective partners;
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    Qualifications

    • BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field;
    • 3-8 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in banking or related institutions. In-depth knowledge of cooperation between banks and external institutions is preferred;
    • Proficient in finance and finance-related policies and regulations;
    • Familiar with retail banking business;
    • Communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Negotiation skills, time management and planning skills;
    • Market knowledge;
    • Strong organization and coordination skills;
    • Team player and adaptable.
