    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. 
    • You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
    • Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organization’s products and services
    • Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows
    • Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
    • Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors

    Requirements

    • 7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
    • Experience in leading business development team especially in an Engineering training institute
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Critical thinker and problem solver.
