    Business Development Manager (Luxury Apartment / Office Spaces)

    Job Summary

    • Our client, a Premium Luxury Real Estate company is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will sell Luxury Office spaces and Residential terrance.
    • The ideal candidate is responsible for identifying sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Selling of Luxury Office spaces and Apartments.
    • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
    • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
    • Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Providing management with feedback.
    • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    Job Requirements:

    • HND, BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
    • Minimum of 3 years proven working experience as a business development manager in Luxury Real Estate companies.
    • Proven sales track record
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Market knowledge
    • Communication and negotiation skills.
