• We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our Lagos State, Nigeria office.
• The Business Development Manager will focus on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing proposals to secure new clients and partnerships.
• Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, creating and executing business strategies, and collaborating with other teams to offer customized solutions to clients.
• The role also requires market analysis to align company offerings with client needs and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
• Market Research and Strategic Planning expertise
• Ability to create compelling Proposals and Presentations
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Experience in security engineering or information technology sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
