    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand market opportunities. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the real estate sector, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to generate revenue through strategic partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and investors.
    • Drive sales and meet revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
    • Oversee negotiations and closing of real estate deals.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years experience in real estate business development or sales.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
    • Ability to generate and convert leads.
