Business Development Manager at Fadac Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase customer base, deposits, and loan portfolio.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the microfinance sector.
• Develop and launch new financial products and services that meet the needs of our target market.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with other financial institutions, NGOs, and private sector companies.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve business growth targets.
• Manage and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators.
• Monitor and report on business performance, including sales, deposits, and loan portfolio growth.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in the microfinance banking sector.
• Must have at least 2 years Microfinance Banking experience and a good knowledge of BankOne
• Strong business development, sales, and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
